Free over $250, flat $25 below, and 3 to 7 business days across the contiguous US. Unopened stock comes back within 30 days.

Shipping
We ship supplies anywhere in the contiguous United States. Orders leave our warehouse within one business day and arrive in 3 to 7 business days.
- Free shipping on orders of $250 or more.
- $25 flat rate below $250.
- Alaska, Hawaii and territories are quoted separately. Email us before ordering.
Restocking is scheduled work, so if you need a delivery window rather than a date, tell us at checkout and we will confirm one. A machine that runs dry because a pallet arrived on the wrong day is our problem too.
Returns
Unopened stock can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
What we pay for
- Anything that arrives damaged, short, or not what you ordered. We pay return shipping and replace it.
- Anything that does not dose correctly in a nest one canister, if we told you it would.
What you pay for
- Return shipping when you simply ordered the wrong thing. The item price is refunded in full.
What we cannot take back
- Opened food products. Once a protein pack is unsealed we cannot resell it, and we will not pretend otherwise.
- Cleaning consumables that have been opened.
How to start a return
Email support@shakenest.com with your order reference and what went wrong. You will get a return label or a replacement, not a form to fill in.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Stripe usually posts them within 5 to 10 business days, which is outside our control.
Damaged on arrival
Photograph the box before you unpack it if the outer carton is crushed. It makes the carrier claim faster, but we will replace the order either way.
